 GoldenPACE Health is guided by a team of experienced advisors and healthcare professionals with a high level of cultural competency and expertise in providing care to aging adults in diverse communities.   

Our team is intentionally building upon a model that is widely recognized as the gold standard of community-based integrated care for older adults, to create an organization which will prioritize addressing the social drivers of health inequality that prevent aging adults from obtaining the care they need to live and thrive independently within their own communities.   

 Our leadership team is currently developing partnerships with providers and community-based organizations in California's underserved and rural communities as we work to establish our comprehensive healthcare program that is embedded within the community and designed to meet the everyday medical and social needs of its aging residents.
